The Small lead measures 0.7 inches wide and 78.7 long. The Large lead measures 1.2 inches wide and 78.7 long.

My baby can pull my shoulder out of the socket if I use a regular harness & lead. This harness works great! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the pads for under her front legs move and have caused some sores. Make sure it fits right and the pads are in place. Otherwise fabulous!
