This item was purchased for one of twin corgi brothers who was recently needed to eat separately from his brother. I am satisfied with this item for one of twin Corgis who was diagnosed as over-weight by his veterinarian so that eating smartly was required right after. That's why this puzzle feeder was found for the better solution and he loves it so far. However, pressing the top button is still tough to know and to be trained for the only 3 years old Corgi's life. A still way to go!

My dog’s favorite puzzle

We have a bunch of Nina Ottoosan puzzles and my dog selects which “board game” he wants to play. So he’s pretty familiar with sliding pieces, lifting flaps, etc

We have a bunch of Nina Ottoosan puzzles and my dog selects which “board game” he wants to play. So he’s pretty familiar with sliding pieces, lifting flaps, etc. This is the only puzzle where he gets to distribute the treats by pounding his paw on the center part, and I’m pretty sure that’s what makes this the winner for him. You can see and hear the little kibbles clattering down out of the little holes. He just loves it. It’s sturdy and easy to clean. My only deduction is that I wish this came in a bigger size. He manages but it really seems better sized for like my parent’s ACD not my 90 lb golden mix.
