My dog has been dealing with hip pain for a couple years now. I decided to try this hip & joint super nutrient topper by Happy Go Healthy. The food topper was an easier way for my pup to get his nutrients than trying to hide a pill in his food. He absolutely loves the taste and it adds flavor to his typical food that he occasionally gets bored with. After about a month of usage, I have noticed a significant difference in my dogs hip health and look forward to see how well it works after continued use. I would definitely recommend this product!

I really liked the idea of a hip and joint supplement that included pre and probiotics. Unfortunately one of my dogs could not stand it. The fishy smell is quite strong and after the first time I served it my picky lab would not even be in the same room if she thought I was going to give it to her. My pit bull ate it just fine but he inhales everything so that doesn’t say much. Didn’t cause any upset tummies. Wish it would have worked out for both my dogs.

We are constantly looking for ways to support joint health and gut health for our 13 year old giant Rhodesian mix. He loves the taste of this food topper, and I'm happy to know it's supporting his joints. The biggest improvement we've noticed is that, on our walks, we've gone from 3-4 "little bags" to one "FULL bag," if you know what I mean. He also has a sensitive tummy so only certain ingredients can be added to his food without flaring up his skin (he's been on special dermatologic food almost his entire life). This passed the vet-check, and his skin has not flared up after incorporating this product. Thank you for sending it to us to try! We are officially adding this to autoship!

I’ve been on the hunt for a good hip & joint supplement for my 100+lbs mastiffs. My dogs were a little hesitant with this one at first. It doesn’t smell very good so I think that threw them off. My dogs are so big, they need a few cups of this at a time so the bag doesn’t last long at all, which leads to it being a little more costly than some other options out there. I did see a slight difference in my females waking though. She wasn’t so stiff-legged after having her on this for a couple of weeks. I haven’t seen a difference for my male though, maybe he needs to be on it for a longer period of time. I think this product would probably be best for smaller breeds so it lasts longer, not large breeds.

We give it to her at night time feeding as a topper, and she absolutely loves it. But even better we have seen a significant difference in her ability to jump and move. I was lucky enough to try the Happy go Healthy hip and joint supplement for free. I always add supplementation to my two large breed shepherds food to help preserve their joints and coat. This contains kelp and salmon oil which are a great form of fatty acids and also contains pre and probiotics for gut health. I have been using this daily for just over 2 weeks and my pups gobble it right up. It works just as well as fish oil, but saves the smell and the mess. I would definitely recommend this product.

As an Australian Shepherd who loves jumping and doing tricks, we do worry about his hips and joints, so we have been thrilled to add this supplement to his regimen to keep him happy and active for years to come!

I'm hoping these toppers prolong their health! They don't really want to eat them right away, so some dogs might be discouraged. The puppy loves them though, so it definitely works with some dogs.

Been giving to my dog for 7 days, I have noticed her hips and knees aren’t popping as much as they used too and she isn’t licking those areas as much. It is still during the initial dosage period so I’m excited to see how she continues to improve. This product has a strong fish smell but salmon is the first ingredient so that makes sense and it makes me feel like I’m giving my dog a product that’s natural. I will note a full scoop (at least what I grab) is more than 6.7g so I used a food scale to avoid over serving.
