Smells bad
It's a nicely made item and I am sure Cassiopeia would like it if it didn't smell so bad. I took it out if the box and has hit with a strong unpleasant oder. I put
It's a nicely made item and I am sure Cassiopeia would like it if it didn't smell so bad. I took it out if the box and has hit with a strong unpleasant oder. I put it in a window for days, but to no avail. Cassie took one wiff of it and left the room with that lips curdled cat look. I tried washing the exterior covering which diminished it's smell somewhat, but the interior cushion still smells. Sad because as I said it is well made and I am sure she would love. Unfortunately all of my remedies have failed to make it palatable for either of us.

I have five cats. My two most senior cats, 17 and 14, claimed this bed immediately (It arrived today)--I'm actually going to purchase a second bed so that they can each have one. Because it is flat, they don't have to climb over an edge to get in. It's springy like a mattress, but fluffy and soft. They look incredibly comfortable sleeping on it.

It even fits two snuggled together just fine. It's well made, very soft and comfy, the foam is really thick! So better on their joints. I plan to buy a couple more so they each have a bed.

The fur on top is so comfy and warm. My cat loves it. She loves sitting on it and stretching out her front legs. The mattress pad is very helpful for senior cats

I could not be more grateful!! It is exactly as supportive as I was hoping. Laceythecat is having some back pain these days and needed a bed that supports her joints and doesn't make her overheat. This one fits the bill and is also wide enough that if she wants to stretch out from side to side I think she will have plenty of room to do so! She took to it right away with no introduction. Cat Mom and Cat Papa are thrilled. Happy sweet 16, girl!! <3
