All 4 of my dogs love them. They like the flavor, and they are good for them because they don’t contain any unnecessary added ingredients, but do contain healthy ones. They have a relatively hard texture, so I have been breaking them into smaller pieces for my smaller, senior dogs. The bigger dog has no problem eating them at all. I’ve been using them as a bedtime snack, and now they won’t go to sleep if I don’t give them one first. I definitely recommend them.

I have been giving my dogs these Happy Howie's mini beef burgers for years, so I'm excited to see them coming to Chewey!! These are 2 inch treats (slightly bigger than a silver dollar), and they are NOT soft & chewey, they are hard and crunchy. I would say that a little dog would be able to gnaw on them for a very long time. My current pups (mixed breeds, 35 & 45 pounds) have to chew them, but they easily devour them in about 15 seconds. Same with my previous labs (80 & 95 lbs). I love that these have fairly limited ingredients (although it's more than it used to be), and that they are made in the USA. My dogs get these as an after breakfast treat every day, and if I get distracted and take too long to give it to them, I will literally hear about it, as Tessie will start barking at me. They absolutely love these. I buy them in bulk since I go through a lot of them! The bulk size comes in a sealed plastic bag, and once opened, they keep well in a big plastic jar. I store then out in the garage year round. I have never had a problem with them getting moldy or anything. They have very little odor and are not greasy, so they are also good indoor treat.

I have a year and a half old mini Aussie and when I first open these, I thought they were way too hard for her. I couldn’t break them in half but I went on and gave it to her and she didn’t do anything with it for a few minutes and then I heard some noise and I looked over and she was really going after it. Bottom line is she loves him I would’ve given them five stars but their times when she leaves them laying for a while I think because they’re so hard, but when she finally starts on him, she loves him.

I tried the Happy Howie’s Baker’s Dozen 2-in-1 Beef Burger Dog Treats from Chewy, and both of my dogs absolutely loved the taste. They got excited every time I opened the bag! Unfortunately, one of my dogs would vomit after eating them, even when I gave smaller portions. The other dog tolerated them well with no issues. I love the concept and the flavor clearly appeals to dogs, but they may not work for pups with sensitive stomachs.

My strong chewer was able to bite into them but the pug mix could not and even when I broke them into smaller pieces, which wasn’t easy, I think he just swallowed them. Will not give them to that one again I think these would be great for strong chewers.
