I was a little thrown back by the fact that this water dish does not have a bowl portion for the water to collect for my cats to drink. The water comes straight

I was a little thrown back by the fact that this water dish does not have a bowl portion for the water to collect for my cats to drink. The water comes straight out the ghost portion then slides into the holes of the flat dish part to go back into reservoir to be filtered back up. The filter itself will be its own mission when the time comes to change it, however my cat cannot knock this one over. She has knocked over every bowl I have been able to get my hands on and tip water all over the floor. The weight distribution of the bowl tho she is only able to move it over slightly, but without the water collecting In a bowl, there is nothing to splashing around either, so she has no interest to keep trying to knock it over. And for that I love this cat water bowl T-T <3 I do see all my cats drinking from the top of the ghost so I know they are staying hydrated too (don't worry we have extra water bowls in the bathtub that we refill daily as well)

I love all things spooky so this was the perfect choice for my little void kitty. Unfortunately the pump went out after a few weeks, but chewy sent me a whole new fountain and that one has been going great for months now! On top of that Happy and Polly sent me a new pump so I can still use the other fountain bowl. I’m going to donate it to another spooky kitty in need!

The fountain is adorable, but...

It was cute at first, then the pump died after 2 weeks, and since it's a special pump that seals the dish you can't just replace the pump. Too bad, the pets liked

It’s super cute, but not executed well. Cleaning is tricky. My diabetic kitty loves his water and I’d been having troubles with cleaning the plastic wells. This one is better to clean, except the ghost is impossible to completely clean. Noisier than most: The noise of the water is louder than my fan at night which has never happened with another fountain. Regardless of placement or water level - it’s constant. Auto shut-off doesn’t work correctly: It has only turned red and shut itself off when the water was low once. Since then, it has just kept running even if it runs out of water. The noise just gets progressively worse. Small tank: doesn’t hold much water. Small surface area for kitties to drink from: the tombstone and coffin are cute for the aesthetic, but my cat circles around it trying to find where he can actually just drink. Lid doesn’t attach: so my cat just slaps at it and moves the entire ceramic lid. It works and is cute, but do not pay the heftier price for this. There are a lot better options out there.

Bootiful but not Practical

I bought this because it was aesthetically pleasing to me and I needed a new water fountain for the cats. Unfortunately it was not as practical as it was pretty

I bought this because it was aesthetically pleasing to me and I needed a new water fountain for the cats. Unfortunately it was not as practical as it was pretty. The first thing I noticed was there was no wall plug in. You have to have an adapter already or plug it into a usb port. I use my fountain in the kitchen so the only option for me was to buy an adapter. The next thing I noticed was the black constantly had spots on it I guess from the water. I'd wipe it down just for it to look dirty or discolored again. Then I had issues with it overflowing. If it had too little water it would make a very annoying noise. I attempted to keep it full to avoid that but constantly found myself refilling it multiple times a day with four cats. After that I had a mini disaster when the top piece got turned slightly making the water bounce off a tombstone causing all the water to end up in the floor. Which if that wasn't bad enough the Shark automatic vacuum robot ran through it. This caused me to have to take apart and clean the robot. Unfortunately I missed a part and ended up with a rotten nasty mess. Hopefully no damage was done to the motor. Finally today the two younger cats were romping and I guess hit the fountain. They somehow managed to break the top piece and it fell down into the water. I found them playing in it filled with large and small broken glass shards. Even though I have a whole pack of filters I won't be buying another one. It has been a very aggravating purchase and hopefully none of the cats ingested any of the glass. I'd pass on this.

Perfect fountain

I really wanted to get a non-plastic fountain for my kitty, and this was perfect! Not only is it so so so pretty, it’s super quiet and Luna happily drinks from it

I really wanted to get a non-plastic fountain for my kitty, and this was perfect! Not only is it so so so pretty, it’s super quiet and Luna happily drinks from it. Perfect for a darker-themed room! My only critique is that it can be a little bit confusing to put together, I needed to tinker with the motor a bit to get it to work and have good water pressure. If there is a video of how to put it together, make sure to watch it. Pro tip: pull the blue and black sections of the motor apart, and inside should be a round, almost triangular component that you can detach. This component has a notch jutting out, which you slide out to release a small black piece (photo attached); once you slide it out/remove it, put the main rounded triangular component back in place. Then you will get good water pressure. If it is working the LED will be blue, if it is red then the rounded triangular piece isn’t properly in place.

Quality and cute

This is made out of solid. Ceramic. It is heavy and very well made! The packaging was phenomenal. Easy to set up and it is adorable.
