They keep sending the wrong color

Much like another reviewer on here I ordered purple and was sent red Ok no problem, I contact customer service and they tell me they’ll send another one out right

Much like another reviewer on here I ordered purple and was sent red Ok no problem, I contact customer service and they tell me they’ll send another one out right away. Well it arrived today and it’s red again This is my first time ordering from chewy and this is really frustrating Customer service said they’re sending “one more” replacement. One more as if I’m doing something wrong or trying to get one over on them. No, I’d just like to be sent the item I ordered and paid for Well hopefully the third time is the charm

Cute and decent quality

I got this cause it’s my style and it’s decent quality, although for the price it’s a bit lacking. My cats jump on it and knock it over- but it has survived so far

The coffin details are made of flimsy cardboard so I imagine it’s not going to last a long time but my cats enjoy it while we have it!

this is the absolute sturdiest and highest quality cat tree ive ever gotten! bug (kitty) adores it. she loves jumping onto cat trees and clumsily climbing her way

Delivered Wrong Color

I was so excited to get this cat tree..My husband opened it and took it all out of box and I had ordered PURPLE and they sent RED!!! There is nothing about color

I was so excited to get this cat tree..My husband opened it and took it all out of box and I had ordered PURPLE and they sent RED!!! There is nothing about color written on box so I don't know how they would know. Too much trouble to send back but I am extremely DISAPPOINTED. I've never had a single problem with Chewy till this.This tree was expensive and I should have received what I ordered.Cats do love the tree anyway. Trying to add photo but unfortunately it keeps saying photo is too large
