So pretty!

Directions could have been better. All the circle pieces weren't labeled, had to guess which one was what... put several parts upside down backwards and had to take

Directions could have been better. All the circle pieces weren't labeled, had to guess which one was what... put several parts upside down backwards and had to take apart and re do. One screw was the wrong size and had to adapt it using a diff screw. The hardware should have been separate bags and pieces labeled. All in all my cat loves it though. The tube area is too small for her to use, and the hammock, but at least they climb it!

No cushion, not well made

I was excited about this at first since it's cute and I've seen it around social media but this is mostly dropshipped garbage with a random company's name stamped

I was excited about this at first since it's cute and I've seen it around social media but this is mostly dropshipped garbage with a random company's name stamped on it. Unlike a lot of cat trees, there's no cushion on it anywhere at all. Also, the tree just doesn't have all the necessary holes drilled into it to actually put together the whole thing. I was thinking about sending it back for a refund, but my cat is attached to it, so I guess that's what matters. Can't recommend spending the money to anyone else, though.

At first, my cats reluctantly used this tower as they were staying true to the shredded one they’ve had for their entire lives. However, they have warmed up to the happy and Polly. They seem to love all the dangly attachments and the cave especially. I’m glad because it looks much cuter than the aforementioned shredded tower. I experienced an issue with my initial shipment but Chewy’s customer service was quick to resolve.

My cats love this tree, and it’s so cute. however the kitten easily ripped off the balls on the dangly things on top. My 12 pound cat is a little too big for most of the tree except for the very top. But we are still happy with purchase.

I bought the X-Large cat tree after buying the Deluxe and deciding to put another on the other side of our house. This set was a bit more irritating to assemble,

I bought the X-Large cat tree after buying the Deluxe and deciding to put another on the other side of our house. This set was a bit more irritating to assemble, particularly the lower base and hammock. But our kitten loves it just as much as the first, especially the rounded cat house in the middle!

Beautiful!

Our kitten loves it. She has been obsessed with the cat tree ever since we built for her. I would say that this tree is probably best for smaller cats.
