arrived damaged

the entire nest at the bottom with the slats arrived in pieces. it's meant to arrive in one piece as shown in the instructions and I could see where it broke apart

the entire nest at the bottom with the slats arrived in pieces. it's meant to arrive in one piece as shown in the instructions and I could see where it broke apart. chewy gave me a partial refund after I was able to glue it all back together. I'm hoping it holds up over time. if it doesn't I'll reach back out to chewy. other than the horrible condition it arrived in, it does seem to be a nice tree. hard to say if the quality is really poor or if shipping just busted it all up. I think probably a bit of both.

Neutral Cat Tree

I purchased this when there were no reviews. Overall my 2 cats like it. The sisal rope is a bit odd, it’s almost like plastic so my cats don’t scratch it, normally

I purchased this when there were no reviews. Overall my 2 cats like it. The sisal rope is a bit odd, it’s almost like plastic so my cats don’t scratch it, normally they would love the scratching posts but these are too thick and don’t allow claws to penetrate. My cats unfortunately hate the clear bowl, it does not attach to the tree and moves so it’s not secure. The swing is also very low so my cats don’t like that either which is unfortunate. Overall decent tree, I don’t believe it’s worth the price but it’s neutral and tall which can be hard to find.

The cats like it but

The cats like it but the round bed on the bottom was broken, I got it back together but its missing 3 boards the hold it together, so I have to be very cautious

The cats like it but the round bed on the bottom was broken, I got it back together but its missing 3 boards the hold it together, so I have to be very cautious when I move it , they didn't glue the boards to the pardical boards so it was broken when I took it out of the box.
