I PURCHASED 2 ABOUT 4 YRS AGO AND THEY ARE STILL IN GOOD SHAPE. A FRIEND HAS 2 OUTSIDE DOGS THAT I WISH SHE WOULD BRING INSIDE BUT... THEY HAVE A SPOT ON HER COVERED FRONT PORCH, SO I THOUGHT THESE BLANKETS WOULD DO WELL SINCE THEY'RE WATER RESISTANT AND THICK. EACH DOG HAS 4 LAYERS TO IT'S BED.

It’s a great size for our big dog and even withstood and got totally clean in the wash after a mouth wound bled quite a bit. Nice and soft too! Very wet-resistant and protects what is under it very well.

At night time when they are in bed with me they enjoy cozying up with their noses in the sherpa. No complaints here!

I love this blanket. I'd bought a smaller size, liked it so much that I bought this biggest size to cover my entire full size mattress. I still need puppy pads on her side of the best cuz I don't want to have to wash this every day. But now I never have to worry about my sheets & comforter getting wet when my 60 lb dog piddles. I was able to wash the urine off the blanket w soap & water when she missed the puppy pad. I did wash it as soon as I could, tho, cuz
