when I added flee meds to my standard auto ship, I selected ship now as I needed right away. However, my auto ship date was near, and the order was duplicated

when I added flee meds to my standard auto ship, I selected ship now as I needed right away. However, my auto ship date was near, and the order was duplicated. Chat line rep did right thing and issued credit for dupe shipment that was wrong anyway. Instead of delectable stew that I always order, the dupe was delectables bisque! Took your suggestion in an email follow up and donated the dupe order to my loc al pet rescue, cats exclusive here n margate, fl. , told them compliments of chewy as my cats will only eat the stew. They were grateful for the donation, so all is well.

I give a packet of these mixed with a little warm water every morning. And my cat, Boo, absolutely love them and looks forward to this morning ritual. Boo is a male cat and I’m happy that he’s getting some liquid because male cats can tend to have urinary tract infections. And the fact that he loves them really makes this easy.

Cat Food Pouches

I've been feeding these pouches to all 4 of my rescued cats for past couple yrs, there's only 1 flavor they weren't to keen on which was the chicken. Now don't get

I've been feeding these pouches to all 4 of my rescued cats for past couple yrs, there's only 1 flavor they weren't to keen on which was the chicken. Now don't get me wrong they still love all the other flavors however I personally have noticed the quality of this product is not as it used to be. Even though as stated they love and eat it up, I've always have had to chop, smoosh it up (only way they'll eat it) which I've just gotton use to doing for them so hasn't been a big issue. Yet here lately I cut/chop over and over and the meat pieces just won't breakup easily as use too ? Which ends up getting left at the bottom of bowls when their done (meat pieces that wouldn't breakdown)which are real stringy or rubbery ? So now appears I'm back to square one in finding another brand. Use to be able buying can pate then would just mix the pouch gravies with it and perfect-they loved it, up until they as well changed the recipe on gravy pouches which my cats won't touch now. They made them all "roasted" beef or chicken, even the smell upon opening them now STINK, as prior to them changing the recipe it always actually smelt really good.

We get it especially for 1 of our cats with a sensitive stomach. He’s a bit picky and he loves this soup. It can be a topper to pate or added along side his dry food. One of our cats who was sick and wouldn’t eat other food would actually eat this. I think it helped keep him from getting dehydrated. It’s a very small amount of soup in the pack though, so it’s kind of expensive for what it is, but at least they do love it.

Unfortunately- too hard to get out of the pouch all the meat and stuff. Too bad it wasn't all liquid. The meat gets stuck and unless you have time to scoop out with a flat bread knife or want to stink up/dirty your finger- kinda a waste of a treat at nearly $2 a pouch. Cats love the all gravy version though or the small delectable squeeze ups.
