How long will this keep the ear mites away?

Answer by ChewyAug 02, 2018
The maximum application rate depends on the cats weight and is 5 drops a day for animals 5-15 lbs, 10 drops a day for animals 16-30 lbs, and 15 drops/day for animals 30 lbs and over. Treatment can be applied daily for 7 to 10 days, then repeated 2 weeks after the last treatment, if necessary.

Can ear mites make a cat sick. Or make them get off balance when walking

Answer by ChewyMay 19, 2019
Ear mites can cause a few different complications for cats and it can be misdiagnosed. For this reason, it's recommended to contsult your veterinarian right away if you think your cat might have ear mites.

I guess my only question would have to be is if it kills mites on contact does also kill the eggs from those mites since it says nothing about war mite eggs

I recently found a kitten and brought it home and found out it had ear mites. I picked this treatment to use in the kitten and my other two cats. They all horribly reacted to it. I read reviews against this brand but still thought I would try. I will never use Hartz products again.

Hartz UltraGuard-Ear Mites

Unfortunately, this stuff didn't work at all. I have it to both of our barn kittens per the instructions and it didn't kill the ear mites.
