The zipper won't lock. there are no outside pockets for my phone and wallet. Very warm which if the season is cold would be great. But it is summer and the pouch does not alow air to circulate. I threw all my paper work away so guess I am going to deal with it. And look for another. My Yorkey is 5lbs, the pouch is too large.
I have a little 2 pound Chihuahua, that I use this for when we were traveling and it fell apart the stitching from the bottom came off, and the whole thing came apart on the second day. Very disappointing.
The seams started coming apart upon first use. Chewy was gracious in issuing a refund. I love chewy! Just not this product.
Flimsy, feels like tissue paper. I’ve read the reviews, before purchasing. I was hoping that they weren’t true. This bag is flimsy, if you feel the bottom, it’s like paper. I’m afraid of putting my 4 pound Yorkie in this bag. The sides of the bag feel like foam, which is okay. But the likelihood of the bottom falling out, is not acceptable.
This is the perfect bag foe my dog. He's not the easiest to manage, but it was great for travel and easier than using the stroller
The material is decent. The style overall is cute. This is made for tea cup or small puppies with short legs. My poodle’s legs are too long for it. Put this bag to test at home and she actually tipped forward and fell out from the shorter end of the bag.
Put my dog in this bag so she could get used to it. Picked it up so she'd get a feel of it, looked in the mirror and saw the inside lining showing. Fabric frayed away from the seam... no way to repair it!
This was the second one I bought. The first one I bought was for my baby who passed several years ago. We didn't use it every day, and I carried her a lot. The one I bought about 1.5 years ago was for my now 2 year old. She pulls me a lot and I live in the city, so I put her in this bag a lot, especially in crowded areas. One day recently one strap fell off my arm in a crowded area, she fell out of it with the cushion and headed for street with a lot of traffic. A lovely guy stepped on her leash and thank goodness she was fine. I started to hold her very close to me in the bag and kept the straps together with my hand. Just today as we got in the lobby of the apartment building, the bottom opened up at the seam. Thank goodness we weren't outside. I truly think that a lighter weight pup is OK with this bag. My baby is 8.8 lbs, and it's not sturdy enough. It's a pretty bag to use occasionally. I'm back using the first bag until I can get a sturdier lightweight bag for my pup to carry on my shoulder. BTW, the stitching on the shoulder straps are starting to fall apart.
Received this product yesterday and after just one use with my yorkie bag fell apart at the seams. Very poor quality
This carrier is perfect and was just what I was looking for. My little Pomeranian is much more comfortable in this carrier since it has a solid bottom - the others I tried did not. She is happy and so am I - plus it is super cute! Highly recommend :)
