Different Materials
I ordered one of these last summer for my dog with a bad problem. I loved it so much that I just ordered a supplemental one. This new one does not live up to the quality of the first one. The materials have changed and the sides are not as sturdy as the first. I don't know why they changed it, but I will be returning this second one.

Best I've ever purchased. Ive bought a few to many and this one is a keeper.. Truly great soft fabric Very sturdy bottom keeps upright. Inside thick foam covered by very soft fabric. Very well stitched.. Ms Toto my 3yr old yorkie 5 pounds 10 inch back loves it. Plenty of room yet snug. Very secure actually whines a little when I remove her so definitely feels safe in it. Im actually online to purchase another one for my other yorkie Lil Bear. He's a lil taller and few pounds bigger with 12 inch back so I'll be getting a size M for him. Trust this is best tote ever hiking even for car rides.

Flimsy carrier
I bought this as a supplement to an older one I’ve had for years. Unfortunately the quality of this new one doesn’t compare to the one I’ve had for decades. It’s flimsy & less sturdy. I’m afraid it will wear out in a couple years.
Best item I have bought
We have a tiny dog with MAJOR anxiety carrying her in this purse seems to help calm her and it is so much easier to take her places without little kids running up and overwhelming her I would 100% recommend
puppy convenient
This bag fits my 9lb Bichon and she seems to enjoy it . Just wish the bag was a little deeper and had a least one pocket.
Head over heels
So cute but it's balanced wrong and my puppy head is facing down and easily fell out. I'm gonna figure some way to add new straps or just donate it.

The opening for the animal is so large, with nothing to attach your animal to the carrier, the animal can easily jump out
