It arrived on time, but our dog did not respond to it as hoped.

THe dog continued to lick on the hot spot. I have tried several other approaches, but none of them have worked. So it might be the dog, not the ointment.

We used this ointment on my dog's interdigital cyst AFTER we did a few epsom salt soaks. We are pretty sure something punctured her skin that caused the cyst and the epsom salts drew it out. A few days of using this ointment and the redness, swelling and sensitivity were gone. By the time we got into the vet, she was fine.

When my package arrived, the box came all smashed up, which is not chewy‘s fault. I’m gonna guess it’s the delivery peoples fault and my bottle is leaking everywhere. The seal isn’t broke and again. I don’t think that’s chewy‘s fault. I think it was done in the delivery process. I have not tried the product yet because I’m not sure if I should now that it’s leaking And the bottle says to keep temperature below 86 and it is 96 outside where I live and the box has been sitting outside for a while.
