Hard to even break up

I read reviews and thought no big deal- I’ll just break into tiny pieces for my lil’ old chi, but they are so hard that it doesn’t work that easily. I break/scraoe

I read reviews and thought no big deal- I’ll just break into tiny pieces for my lil’ old chi, but they are so hard that it doesn’t work that easily. I break/scraoe bits off that he can eat then lose patience and feed remaining chunk to my bigger dog. Not sure if he’s getting enough to help with his old man issues or not but I’ll keep trying. He seems to like the bits I give him. It’s odd to me that these are marked to small dogs bc I’d think when with functioning teeth they’d be hard for little mouths to handle.

They have to be crumbled in order for him to eat them. Also he doesn’t appear to like the taste, but like most chihuahuas, they’re picky eaters!
