When transitioning to a new pet food, do so slowly over a period of about 7-10 days, mixing an increasing amount of new food with old food each day: Start with 75% old food mixed with 25% new food for approximately three days. Then mix 50% old with 50% new for approximately three days.

Unacceptable Packaging
When I order dog food I also order cookie treats. When I receive the package which has the dog food and the treats in the same box, the treats are usually always
When I order dog food I also order cookie treats. When I receive the package which has the dog food and the treats in the same box, the treats are usually always crushed by the big bag of dog food!!!! It seems to me if you are going to send both items together you should block the dog food from crushing the treats!!!
Changed formula
Something along with the packaging has changed. There's little white beads in this blend now. I opened the bag a few days and my dog who usually loves this was hesitant

Then she started burping and drooling. Now she refuses the food. I contacted Chewy because this food is not cheap and I'm not allowed to return the food till July 11 th because I do not have the shipping box ( It's June 19th currently). Very bad service!
Solved Gland issues as a topper.
Our pitty has immense gland issues with any and all dry kibble dog food. Constant licking, discomfort, and oh man that STINK! We started adding 1/3 to 1/2 cup

We started adding 1/3 to 1/2 cup of this petmix to her kibble and boom, no more gland issues! Much more solid drops, the difference is night and day. If you dont plan on making your own food from scratch, this is an excellent product. This petmix, water, and your protein of choice.

My dogs love this premix. And They’ve tried almost all of the different companies’ premixes. Healthy Dogma is their favorite! Paws down! I’ve bought three of the varieties and they love all three, including the “super greens” one, which is my personal favorite. I mix with a variety of gently cooked or raw meat. When feeding raw meat, I buy the ground mixes with bone and organs included. My dogs are very healthy with sweet breath, nice coats, and solid nails. I highly recommend this product.
Too small for my pup! Very disappointing
I bought this reading some of the reviews and I really regret it! It runs very small! And doesn’t fit my tiny pup! Definitely would not recommend!

Easy to use, a great upgrade for dry dog food, my dog loves it!
I am very picky about what I feed my dog and I love the ingredients in this food. I have a 60 lb pittie and refuse to just feed him dry food. I have made a batch
I am very picky about what I feed my dog and I love the ingredients in this food. I have a 60 lb pittie and refuse to just feed him dry food. I have made a batch of this food with store bought ground turkey, as well as mixing it with some cans of dog food I had. Mixing it with canned dog food (and warm water) is easy, and then adding a small amount of dry dog food makes it a meal my dog eagerly eats up...and then there are no gastric upsets afterwards! I love that. 5 stars from me.
