Seems to calm him down some for claw clipping.
Calms him some, a little easier to clip his claws and he gobbles them up.

He did not like the taste of these at all. He also didn’t experience any calming effects when he did actually swallow a couple on day 1. I used them on my son’s puppy though and he did calm down very minimally but not enough to warrant a repurchase. Ended up throwing most out, sadly

My cats won’t eat :(
I bought these treats hoping my guys would gladly eat them and get some benefits. They were not interested in eating them at all.

So far, the best solution for us

When you are dealing with extra crazy (and I am), this works. Yes, it makes them sleepy, but when it comes to vet trips, integrating new pets into the house or helping a kitten get regulated so they don't end up at the humane society, then a sleepy cat is better than a wild cat. I couple this with the plug-in diffusers and use only when necessary. My kitten will not eat them, but she will when I mash them and mix in with her food (pretty easy to use the back of a spoon to mash and then mix with pate). We foster rescue animals, so I need resources like these calming treats to help everyone adjust. In time what I have found is the animals adapt and I can taper down and just use the plug-in diffusers (also sold on Chewy). We have a new arrival this week so I am on Chewy ordering some more of these.
It works!
Only gave my cat a fourth of one and it calmed him down.

I got this for my kitten who I found outside and refuses to lose some of her feralness. I’ve tried other “calming chews” with her and they just seemed to I’ve a quick treat for her with my calming side effects whatsoever. These ones are the first ones I tried with melatonin in them. They definitely made her sleepy and made he rest for a portion of the guests being over the house. They don’t really calm as much as they sleep. I will take a stretch of sleep over her attacking guests. Definitely worth a try to mitigate and crazy kitty ness.
Cats spit out
How are they supposed to work when both cats either won’t touch or spit them out? I even tried to crush up & mix with churru. They wouldn’t touch it. What a waste
