Why was this product discontinued? It really was my favourite hemp litter for hens - best consistency, smell and packaging was compact enough to store like stacking hay. Super bummed.

This item arrived to me with a hole in the bag and trying to locate the hole id shake the bag and dust and hemp bedding would fall out. Im leaving this review to say chewy is amazing and helped me with this issue and added me to their notifications list for the bedding i prefer thats out of stock. Fresh smell controls odors

I use this for my Western Hognose snakes, and it works really well. Their poop is very stinky, and this does a good job of controlling the odor. It is also mold

I use this for my Western Hognose snakes, and it works really well. Their poop is very stinky, and this does a good job of controlling the odor. It is also mold resistant, so it can handle water spills. The only issues are that it clings to water bowls and stuff, which just makes cleaning a little more difficult, and its darker color makes it harder to see feces when spot cleaning. Otherwise, I highly recommend it!

This is the finest quality hemp I have used. The cost prevents me from using it in large areas (200sqft); yet it is perfect for the smaller ones (20sqft).

Tiny package

When I received this I was really disappointed . I thought I was getting a huge bale like sawdust size. Instead for the very expensive price I got the tiny bag

This bag would barely cover 1/4 of my chicken coop floor! Do not buy this is you intend on using for chickens! Not worth the price for the tiny bag it comes in!

Easy to spread and compost

I love everything about this stuff but it will have to only go in nest boxes. My girls live to scratch and dig and it's to expensive to replace on daily basis all

I love everything about this stuff but it will have to only go in nest boxes. My girls live to scratch and dig and it's to expensive to replace on daily basis all they kick out of coop. Even put little lip at door to prevent but they still kick it out. I'm disappointed but when I get a better coop I will try again!
