Phyllis was not impressed. She eventually ate it though. I just thought she would go bananas for it.

Very moist and playable my girls were not sure about these at first I rolled them in scratch grains and they took to them they are familiar with hard blocks that are much larger and that they share these are small and they try to dominate over them by their pecking order by I have a medium sized back yard flock over a dozen girls.

When i first introduced these to the chickens they turned up their beaks. Second time though they gobbled it up. Fed them by hand so that the greedy chickens didn’t get it all. Will definitely buy these again (that is.. when they have them in stock)

The girls say yes!
One of their favorites to have on rainy days. Soft and easy to put on my hanging chicken skewer so it stays clean. My 4 hens polish one off fast, and a bag of apples
One of their favorites to have on rainy days. Soft and easy to put on my hanging chicken skewer so it stays clean. My 4 hens polish one off fast, and a bag of apples is probably cheaper cost to enrichment ratio, but I like that this offers protein and probiotics.
They love these!
While my girls will usually come around to a new food / treat and have a bite or two- this one they all come running for! Ended up adding these to my autoship order

These were challenging
We first tried these with our young leghorns so they wouldn't be pecking at the container they were being kept in. They didn't care for it. They didn't pay attention
We first tried these with our young leghorns so they wouldn't be pecking at the container they were being kept in. They didn't care for it. They didn't pay attention. When I put it in their food dish they kicked it right out. We tried it with our 2 hens, too. I think they like the seeds more than this powdery roll.
Don’t Return It!
I was so excited about trying this for our flock of chickens. I set it up in their coop and waited for their reaction. Nothing. Thinking they might be a bit wary
I was so excited about trying this for our flock of chickens. I set it up in their coop and waited for their reaction. Nothing. Thinking they might be a bit wary of it, I pinched some off and offered it to them. Again, nothing. They just turned up their beaks and marched out. I had bought several and was thinking I’d need to return it all. I gave it another day and still no interest. When I told my husband I was probably going to return it, he looked at me like I was crazy. “What? They love those things!” I thought for sure it was something else he was referring to. Nope! I walked out to the coop (third day of having it available for them), and they were pecking at it. They looked like they were playing an intense game of tether ball. I did not return it. In fact, I need to order more soon.
