What are the flap dimensions ?

The flap of the size small is 13.38-inches high and 6.38-inches wide. The medium is 17-inches high and 8.25 wide. The large is 21-inches high and 10.5-inches wide. The x-large is 25-inches and high 12.5 wide.

What is the cut out size?

The Small cut out is 16.31 inches in height and 9.38 inches in width, the Medium cut out is 20 inches in height and 11.25 inches in width, the Large cut out is 24 inches in height and 13.38 inches in width, and the X-Large cut out is 27.88 inches in height and 15.5 inches in width.

What is the maximum thickness of the wall that will allow this door to be installed?

This pet door requires a wall thickness of 3 1/4- 7 inches. For thicker walls, additional tunnels of add 2.75 - 5 inches each.

Nice Door but my Chihuahuas wont use it.

The Flap is very sturdy which seems its better for a big dog. Our little dogs cant open it.

Great product! Easy for my dog to use the magnetic door with ease! Wall installation is easier than installing in a door--she doesn't have to scamble to get to the first but she can go out at the same time with her own door. Should have replaced our old doggie door sooner!

Very High Quality Pet Door

We replaced our vinyl flap door with the Armor Flex. We couldn't be happier. The door is made of really thick aluminum and all the hardware is stainless steel so,

We replaced our vinyl flap door with the Armor Flex. We couldn't be happier. The door is made of really thick aluminum and all the hardware is stainless steel so, no rust. This door is very well sealed and the flap is very strong but still light enough that our 15 pound Boston Terrier has no problem pushing it open. I noticed a review where the customer complained that water can flow into your wall or house. We have not had this problem. We caulked around the inside and outside of the tunnel before installing the door and the outside bezel. No water gets in from the tunnel to the wall. Of course, no pet door will be completely sealed against driving rain but, this one is the best sealed we have seen. It completely blocks high winds but, if you live in an area where rain is strong and heavy it's best to put the door in an area that has some shield against heavy rain. Again, compared to a regular vinyl flap door, this one is much better sealed against wind and rain. We believe we made a very good investment in this product.

Poor design

If you were putting this on an exterior wall and water gets into the wall tunnel it can flow into your wall or House.
