Best Betta Kibble!

The kibbles are small, easy for young or smaller Bettas to eat. They float for a bit, so the fish have time to eat them before sinking. Compared to other brands we have tried, these are the favored kibble with all my Betta fish, young, old big and small.

messy to feed

I have fed my bettas the Hikari food for years, as they seem to thrive on it and really like it. The pellets are the size they prefer, too. But I had wanted to order the smaller size packs, not the pouch. With the smaller size, it is easy to feed the number of pellets per day the fish need. But with this pouch, I seem to get a giant handful each time, and waste a lot. Please bring back the smaller size or some other container for this Hikari food!

Good fish food.

I've used this food for several bettas, and all of them seem to enjoy it and do well with it. It's especially great if you have a small betta, because the pellets are small so there is no need to have to crush them up and make a mess. The packaging of the small size also makes it hard to accidentally spill much, and I haven't had any problems with it going stale.

Best Betta Food

Used to work at a pet store and fed a lot of bettas. This is the food any of the bettas would eat, and my betta has been eating this food his whole life and I think he’s 5 years old. Great food

Best food ever!

I’ve owned several Betta fish over the years. They make great, low maintenance pets. This is the best food out there. The pellet is small and palatable for your Betta. A lot of the other brands have a larger pellet. The fish have a hard time eating and ends up making a messy tank. And let’s not forget about Chewy being the best! Their customer service is amazing. Keep up the good work, Chewy.

Gives Energy

I had my betta on some pretty basic pellets, they didn't do much for him. Switched him to this and all of a sudden he was energized and getting more color in him. Definitely good, oddly my fish also has an allergy to certain foods (he looks like he gets hives, weird to explain and yes he's fine, he's spoiled.) This didn't give him any reactions so that's an added bonus!

Excellent, small pellets

My betta came home from the pet store dull colored and depressed. Wouldn't touch the flakes from the store and the betta pellets they had were huge. This is the first food offered that he wanted. These are a small pellet, my boy Elon loves them.

All of my Bettas loved it!

I have 8 Betta fish and every one of them loved this food! The fish even chose to eat this over the freeze dried bloodworms they get. The bag poured food out too quickly, so I had to put the food into a different container. There was plenty of food in the bag, it wasn't too expensive, and my fish loved this food! It also arrived super quickly!

Nice smaller pellets.

Many Bettas have a hard time with pellets that are too large. These are perfect and the smallest ones I can find. They have adequate crude protein, but I wish they would improve product by using less fillers. I would still recommend this product.
