Just as eating amounts vary from person to person, eating amounts vary from pet to pet. We do not offer a specific ratio recommendation for combining canned and dry products. Both Hill's Prescription Diet z/d Dry and Canned Dog Foods are complete and balanced foods that provide all the nutrition your dog needs.

How many pounds is the dry bag of food?

The dry food is 25 pounds. The canned food is 13 ounces per can and is case of 12.

What is the protein source(s) in this dry and wet food? I don't see the the ingredients listed.

Don’t buy

They recently reformulated the formula. The old formula was great! This food is making dogs severely sick! I rushed my dog to the vet. She was vomiting, bloody diarrhea

They recently reformulated the formula. The old formula was great! This food is making dogs severely sick! I rushed my dog to the vet. She was vomiting, bloody diarrhea and lethargic. This will cause GI issues in your dog. This food is specifically for dogs with stomach issues and to change the formula is not what any vet would do, so it was purely a cheaper way to make the food!! Try purina HA instead

She does great on the dry food with a little water added and pumpkin. But when I add wet dog food, she tends to throw it up.
