I am Sir Arthur. My mom has spoken to your wonderful people about this and we have received an unexpected refund. I love Science Diet but my tummy throws up with the dry kibble now. I put up a good fight but, with your helpers, I finally found a wet food my brother, Bosco, and I actually like. It took a month but we have full tummies now. I can't recommend the wet Science Diet because I wouldn't touch it. Science Diet dry is the best but, for me, the wet...no. Thank you, Arthur and Bosco.....and Mom, Terry Lowenstein
Cats won’t eat
The actual product seems to be okay but my cats only like to lick up the gravy but hardly touch the actual food. One of them is a chonk that is very food motivated as well. I’ve never seen them finish a package of this stuff. Also, a bit too expensive for me to consider repurchasing.
Slowly introducing it into the diet
Due to the age of our seniors, we are gradually introducing the food into their diet. Five stars for Hills though, we have used a number of their specialty and prescription food for years and years and the cats have always benefited from them.
The Diet is The Best
My Spoiled Cat Loves this Foot. He Would like to Consume it exclusively!! However, I mix it with the dry cat chicken food. The other enjoy it also. I have to hid e it from them. Kat Mom
I bought this as a substitute for the ROYAL CANIN weight care slices in gravy that I am no longer able to get. Less than half way thru the box and Tabitha is not eating the tuna. The chicken flavor is ok but she still leaves some in the bowl. The tuna she barely eats half of it. I am trying something else by Hills Science with paws crossed she likes as much as the RC brand.
Good for extra feeding
My cat has a thyroid condition he can’t keep weight on so this food is an added supplement to keep him sated between meals.
Cat food pouches
Cat is very finicky. He likes this food. I have tried 30 different moist foods and the chicken is his favorite. FedEx doesn’t handle shipments very well. One pouch was leaking because box was smashed but rest of pouches ok.
Yes and no
I bought this item having never used it before, only because, at the present time, Chewy does not have what I normally feed my cat. On the positive side, the packets contain substantial juice. On the negative side, the actual meat itself had to be smooshed with a fork because the nuggets are too large for my cat to eat.
Trying to find a good food for an aging cat with a sensitive tummy. He loves the juice and will eat some of the solid part. He won’t eat any of the chicken bits, just the juice. I reordered the tuna only. I’m sure it’s not the fault of the food. He is just difficult!
Good nutrition, if cats actually will eat this
This looked like a healthful option for our two 10 year-old cats. I liked the idea of two flavors in the pack. Unfortunately, one cat won't eat it at all; the other laps up a little of the gravy – so they're not getting the nutritional benefits.
