The food is great, obviously. My issue is with billing. When I set up an autoship, and then modified the autoship settings, it created a new order every time. The year is 2025. Online shopping has been around for decades. Not one time in my memory has this ever been the way things worked. I now have hundreds of dollars of dog food which will last me months and I'm afraid to modify my autoship for fear it will double charge and double fulfill my order. I vented about this to not one, but two coworkers who had identical stories. This feels like some sort of ploy by Chewy. Its bizarre that they would set up their scheduled delivery system in such an obtuse and unintuitive way.

After pancreatitis, my dalmatian started Hill's Science Diet for Sensitive Stomach and Skin as advised by the vet. I expected it to help his stomach/digestion. I didn't expect to see the subcutaceous cysts disappear. He's had this issue for over 5 years. A few were very noticable under his smooth coat, but vet said nothing could be done. I'd counted over a dozen of various sizes. Today, the smaller ones are gone. The largest ones have shrunk to almost indetectible!

This dog food was very kind to my dogs' intestines. She had diarrhea for about 4 days and I changed her dog food to the science diet adult-sensitive stomach dog food, her diarrhea was gone in two days.
