The lick part came all dried out and broken; additionally it is a very small amount and just falls out of the holder. The item was not as described and is honesty

The item was not as described and is honesty trying to solve too many problems at once. The poop bag holder part is not necessary. Thankfully Chewy help refunded my money no problem but please don’t buy this
