makes chew last, but she's not interested
While this has made her chew last, she doesn't have much interest in chewing on it. Despite being a medium/large dog, she doesn't believe she can fit it in her mouth enough to chew with her molars. As a result, she only chews on it with her front teeth. I bought this because I like the (relative) longevity of yak chews, but I wanted to protect my pups teeth from cracking and breaking. It has been effective in this way.
Not so Much!
First time on chewy I ordered Himalayan dog chews that were rated an 8 on the chewmeter along with this jughead that was supposed to fit these chews. Not only do the chews not fit, but my lab and basset-german shepherd mix devoured them in five minutes. Disappointed.
It Actually Lasts!
Our Great Pyrenees destroys 99% of toys that claim to be indestructible but this toy has lasted for a couple weeks now! He has spent 2-3 hours straight trying to get a bully stick out of it. It's great because it's indestructible, actually holds the treat instead of falling out, and perfect size for carrying around.
