A collar worn for too long or made too tight on the pet’s neck may cause skin damage ranging from redness to pressure ulcers; this condition is commonly known as bed sores.

Avoid leaving the collar on your pet for more than 12 hours per day. When possible reposition the collar on the pet’s neck every 1 to 2 hours.

Check the fit to prevent excessive pressure; follow the instructions in this Operating Guide.

Never connect a lead to the electronic collar; it will cause excessive pressure on the contacts. When using a separate collar strap for a lead, don’t put pressure on the electronic collar.

Wash your pet’s neck area and the contacts of the collar weekly with a damp cloth. Examine the contact area daily for signs of a rash or a sore. If a rash or sore is found, discontinue use of the collar until the skin has healed. If the condition persists beyond 48 hours, see your veterinarian.

These steps will help keep your pet secure and comfortable. Millions of pets are comfortable while they wear stainless steel contacts. Some pets are sensitive to contact pressure. You may find after some time that your pet is very tolerant of the collar. If so, you may relax some of these precautions. It is important to continue daily checks of the contact area. If redness or sores are found, discontinue use until the skin has fully healed.

A: Dear customer, the GPS wireless dog fence is for outdoor use. We do not recommend you to set the center position inside the house because the GPS device may not find enough signals.

A: This collar is waterproof, but due to unsafe considerations in the underwater environment, we don't recommend you to let your dog wear it to swim.

A: The trapezoidal bars in the upper left corner represent the GPS signal strength. The stronger the signal, the more the signal bars.

A: Please check whether the center point is set correctly. If there is a change of position, please reset the center point.

A: Yes. This product is suitable for medium-sized dogs and above, please do not wear it on small-sized dogs.

A: The product has vibration mode and static stimulation mode, and you can adjust to the vibration mode or adjust the static stimulation level to level 2 for the first time.

A: After you receive the product, you can set the mode to level 2 vibration, tie your pet to the collar, bring his favorite food, and let him explore the safe pet area:

1. Let your pet cross the boundary, hear the warning tone from the product, and then let him return to the safe pet area, and praise and reward him. This is to make your dog associate staying in a pet's safe area with a beneficial experience.

2 Repeat this training for 2-8 days: If your dog does not respond, you can strengthen the level, carefully observe your pet's behavior in the boundary area, and see whether your dog will return to the safe area you want after being punished. Repeat the training for 2-3 times with a duration of about 10-15 minutes for each time. Your goal is to keep your dog in the safe pet area all the time.
