I love that Chewy has this product. The product is great for Layla who needs a special prepared diet. She was born with a heart condition that has made her diet needs more complicated than any of our other 3 labradors. This product with its matching recipes (found online) are perfect for her. The only downside to this process has was waiting to receive the product from what appears to be a 3rd party. My expectations at purchase were for my normal exceptional and quick chewy shipping and delivery. So waiting for this order to process and ship slowly was very disappointing. I would have been fine if chewy had noted that in the listing so I would have been aware at purchase.
