I love this fountain & so does my cat. I bought it because he likes to drink from my tub faucet & due to medical issues, the cats can't be in my bedroom which includes the master bath. I researched current fountains extensively. I had a different fountain for different cats years ago & it was a pain to clean. I love the Homerun pet fountain. It is easy to clean & I like the motion sensor activation so the fountain runs when the cat goes near it. Once he got used to it, he loves to drink from it. He really loves drinking running water. A great solution for me & my cat. I highly recommend!

Worked great for about 2 months. I opted for the option to keep it plugged in to have a continuous flow of water. The motion sensor option wouldn’t be on for enough time and would take too long in between to flow again. Now 2 months in it has lost just about all the power it has and it barely getting water out to the top. Plastic is strong and good quality. Worth 60$? I didn’t think so.
Came quickly and was fast in assembly.
This unit had trouble with the immersible pump-it only lasted a few months. And at roughly $20 per pump, this unit may be cost prohibitive.

Unhappy with purchase
I had this device only a week and it stopped working. The base shut down and won't take a charge. I will go through the return policy and let you know how that turns

They actually love it
After the initial playing with it, after all they are cats. It has been wonderful lit lasts longer since it only runs when activated. The see through base allows
After the initial playing with it, after all they are cats. It has been wonderful lit lasts longer since it only runs when activated. The see through base allows you to see water levels. But it also blinks when water is low. So easy to clean and refill. I have tried other fountains, they just play and splash the water out, never really drinking. With this they activate it when they want to drink only now.
A wireless fountain
It's a nice fountain and I purchased it because you don't need to have wires running to an outlet. One problem that I guess I didn't know about was to keep it running

One problem that I guess I didn't know about was to keep it running all the time, it needs to be plugged in which we use only for charging the battery. When the cats approach it, the light goes on and the fountain flows but after a short time, it stops for 15 seconds. The cat usually leaves before the fountain goes on again. The other things is that the water in the top of the fountain is extremely shallow so when the fountain goes off, they have trouble drinking from it. Two of them go from that fountain to another one. I'm hoping in time they will all get used to the on/off nature of it.

I just got the HomeRunPet wireless water fountain and it is so nice. I love that it is wireless and could be moved and put anywhere. It has a filter in it so that your pet is getting really fresh water. I also love the light so you could walk by and see how much water is in it and it makes it easy for your pet to find in a darker place. Another nice feature is that it is so easy to clean, it only takes a couple minutes. The size is also very nice, it is not much bigger than a regular bowl and its super quiet. And most importantly is that my Cocker Spaniel loves it, she is usually a little nervous with new things, but went right over to it and got a drink as soon as I set it down. I highly recommend it!

My cats took awhile to adjust to a different style of fountain but have adjusted. I found leaving it on constant stream instead of the sensing feature helped.

Both my cats and dogs are loving this water fountain. Clean filtered water is always available and they love that it gets refreshed as they walk up to it. It is super quiet so it does not scare them when the fountain goes on. It's battery operated so no cords. We use the motion sensor setting to turn it on to save on battery. After a weeks use it did not need to be charged yet. It was 5 days before I had to refill the water. It was easy to clean and the filter caught all the gunk normally left behind in the old water bowl.
