I only have great things to say about this food! Besides being the smoothest pate in existence, it is made of human grade ingredients and is moderate in phosphorus for my geriatric kitty with kidney issues. It does not have an off-putting smell, and comes in Earth friendly packaging. You must try The Honest Kitchen cate for your furbaby, and I promise you won't be disappointed!

I have 5 cats, it has been extremely difficult to find a healthy cat food that my cats like and I’m happy feeding them. Usually two or three like the food and the rest don’t. But finally this cat food everyone seems to like thank goodness! We have tried the different flavors, except the fish flavor ones and they like them all! Hope it continues! Love that it’s made with human grade ingredients!

I’m very happy with this pate. It’s important to remember when changing food for your cats that you ease them into a more liquid form of food rather than just give it to them straight. I integrated these into their meals by giving them a little bit at a time over several days with their previous food And they did not have any digestive issues. Great food for adding more liquid to their diet. And yes, while the packaging can be a bit challenging, if you follow the directions by lifting up the sides, and squeezing so that you can fold over the perforated edge, then it easily tears. Just like when you are trying to open one of the human boxes of bone broth soups. :)

Swollen Boxes/Safety Concerns

My cat likes this food and readily eats it; however, 2 of the 3 times I have ordered it, the boxes of at least one flavor have been swollen and and potentially spoiled

My cat likes this food and readily eats it; however, 2 of the 3 times I have ordered it, the boxes of at least one flavor have been swollen and and potentially spoiled. Due to safety concerns, I've had to throw them out. I hate to waste food, but didn't want to risk it. I love what this brand stands for, but will have to switch due to these continued issues.

The ingredients are good. Hate the packaging, these boxes are obnoxious. Sadly, none of my cats would eat this. I've now tried ALL of this brands' food and they refuse to eat anything they make. I'm sad but oh well. The cat shelter appreciated it.

For 2 years, I have been hunting for a wet food that, my 2 guys would eat! So far, they seem to like this! It has only been 2 weeks but, it looks promising!! I like

For 2 years, I have been hunting for a wet food that, my 2 guys would eat! So far, they seem to like this! It has only been 2 weeks but, it looks promising!! I like the cute way it is packaged. I shake it very well before I open. I cat gets 2 full cartons per day. The other one gets half a carton twice a a day. I refrigerate the rest. I wish the cartons were easier to close up to save.bI close it as best I can and put it in a Ziploc bag. I pray that I am not jinxing myself as I order more.
