I make bone broth with beef soup bones all the time...but when the water gets lower I add in some of this... Next best thing! MY dogs have THRIVED on this and some of the other Honest Kitchen products. Love their products and this one is another great product from the Honest Kitchen

  • Love Them All

Our dogs love all of the different bone broths from Honest Kitchen and we love getting all of the different flavors. At first, the dogs were hesitant, but immediately enjoyed the broth after their first taste.

  • My dog didn't love it

She ate it because it was on her food and I'm sure she didn't hate it but she didn't love it. Might try a different flavor but I'm going to write off the turkey with ginger

  • Dog loves the Turkey

My dogs did not care for the chicken version, but eagerly gobble this down. Need to ensure one of my dogs drink lots of water (illness causes cough when drinking water). This is a great way for him to get some.

  • Great additive

    By on

I hate making bone broth due to the smell - it has to cook slowly for nearly a day. So, this is a great alternative to homemade broth. My dog loves it added to his homemade (Prey Model) raw food. The restorative nutrients bone broth provides are wonderful, especially for arthritic seniors like mine. This is also great for added hydration and may help picky eaters on kibble. I also highly recommend their powdered goat’s milk!

  • Turkey bone broth

    By on

I bought this as my dogs liked the beef bone broth but I don't think they like it as much. I was excited to give it to them as the ingredients sounded perfect. Sadly, I don't think I'll purchase it again. But I will order the other broths. I've also tried the goat's milk blends with success on them!

  • Dog's LOVED it

    By on

This broth comes out a dark green color and has a strong bad smell, but my 90lbs boxer pit and my sister's 15lbs yorkie loved it so much. I pour most of it over their dry food and the rest they drink up in a side dish. It might stink to me but highly recommend and will be buying again.

  • Broth Sounded Good?

    By on

I was excited to use the broth to jazz up the dry food for my 3 cats, and hopeful that they’d love it for the bone broth health benefits! When I realized it had ginger...I was worried...and of course all 3 backed quickly backed away. Perhaps Good for dogs or some cats? Not mine.

  • Time saver

I like to make bone broth for my dogs. They enjoy it and it's nutritious. Making it is time consuming and this product is quick and easy. Just mix with hot water and serve. The dogs love it and I enjoy the ease.

  • Wish it was just bone base

    By on

Although my dogs really enjoy the beef bone broth with turmeric by Honest Kitchen, and they love turkey, they really didn't like this. Pretty sure it is the ginger, which is very noticeable.
