Great bone broth, Gave it to my picky Vizsla, She loved it. My cat did not enjoy it as much. Just a friendly reminded Be careful not to spill it, And place a mat under when feeding. I have white floors, and greyish countertops, and between my messy pup and me being a clutz I now have stains!

We three: two Houndies and a Herder apologize but no we wont touch this stuff are you kidding we? (MertaLou, Doc & Conley)

  • Dogs love it

I got this for my pup since I have only heard good things about bone broth. I tried to make it myself once and it was a mess. When I saw this on the website I thought I would try it. Also, like the fact it has tumeric in the product. My dog loves it and we are dog sitting and this dog loves it too. Also, a great way to get the dogs to drink more water.

Two of my dogs love this...the other is so picky about everything I don't count him in this review! I feel like it is helping their mobility and it's good for them

  • My dogs love this!

My dog was having a sensitive stomach, after getting into the neighbors trash. So I gave him some of this and he loved it. I use the Tundra and Broth as a food topper and they love it. Super easy and quick to make.

My dogs have loved Honest Kitchen food for years! I didn't think adding the HK Bone Broth would make that much difference to them, but I was WRONG! Not only can they tell the difference, but they almost do back flips for it! And I know I am giving them something that is really good for them! Wonderful product! Easy to prepare! Thanks for the great addition to your lineup!

  • I want to drink it!

This smells good enough to drink myself! I pour it over my dogs kibble once every other day (mostly to save a little money) and they lap it up! I have one who is a fairly picky eater but never when he has the broth on top.

Product is dehydrated broth, you add water... you pay 13 to 14 dollars for about 10 cups of broth. (I can buy 5 cups of swanson at the grocery store for 3 dollars...) Pros: + shelf life is better than swanson. Also easier to serve warm than the swanson! + dogs were OK with it. Pit bull would probably eat it without rehydration ... 17 yo collie laps it up... 3 yo husky is picky, eats it only if it is hot and sprinkled (not poured!) On her food. + really is honest and good ingredients. Cons: - I think it smells funny. It actively makes me nauseous. I feed honest kitchen foods, to my younger girl dogs, and they like it... they like this too... but I can't stand the smell. - as mentioned Product is dehydrated broth, you add water... you pay 13 to 14 dollars for about 10 cups of broth. An alternative is available on chewy from just as good a company that starts with a C, and you can get just over a pound for 10 bucks... with the benefit of the shelf life and ability to mix hot and serve hot (the husky won't eat cold anything, and that probably includes swanson refrigerated broth...) I like this product but I feel like there are more cost effective options out there that offer the same benefit. I will continue to feed the food from this company due to great ingredients and food (the food smells delicious!), and cost effective food (40 lbs of food for 60 bucks?! That's the same as kibble but better for them!)... but I'll be buying C*** broth in future (and hopefully it smells better!). … more

  • Good for a sensitive belly!

    By on

Our 11 month old westie seems to have a sensitive belly, and he loves this stuff. We haven't noticed any bad reactions and he licks his dish clean. He's 14.5 lbs and we do 2 tablespoons of broth mixed in with his dried food. The dish is licked clean every time.

  • Honest Kitchen bone broth

    By on

I feed my dog a raw diet with the honest kitchen premix. He's having issues with arthritis in his back legs and already on an expensive holistic supplement. I thought this with the turmeric might be good for his health and bones. He seems to like it. It smells weird, but doesn't bother him. I like the honest kitchen products.
