I bought this for my super senior, super floofy girl. She doesn’t groom herself really at all anymore. And she’s a bit frail so bathtime doesn’t seem like a great idea. But she needed a refresh, and this was just the ticket. It smells great.. (no menthol was noticed at all, but the lavender is lovely) Sweet kitty seems to love getting cleaned up too. Definitely give this a try if you’re looking for a great gentle waterless shampoo.

Strong Smell

I only tried a small amount on one of my dogs to make sure there was not a going to be a reaction to it, which there was not. I have not tried it again because the

I only tried a small amount on one of my dogs to make sure there was not a going to be a reaction to it, which there was not. I have not tried it again because the scent was so strong almost like a menthol smell. He did not care for the smell either. I would not want to put it on their neck area or anywhere close to their face because it was so strong. Once it dried, I no longer noticed a smell of any kind.
