VERY stinky. Dogs love it. I break it into smaller pieces and mix it with other treats to transfer the "stink" and raise the value of the other treats.

Yes, they smell exactly the way they're supposed to smell - like tripe rather than smelling like chemicals or rancid, as so many dehydrated dog treats do. They're hard and abrasive making them great dental treats.
