Terrible delivery experience

Delivery driver claimed to have left it at the door but actually left the food on the street in a snowstorm so it sat there for 24hours from one morning to the next

Delivery driver claimed to have left it at the door but actually left the food on the street in a snowstorm so it sat there for 24hours from one morning to the next morning because nobody could see if we get down the driveway to look for it and we didn’t even it was there because the driver lied and the delivery photo we showed the box sitting on what could’ve been any part of the street covered in snow. We’re not sure if it’s safe to feed this food to the cat after it would have spent at least 24 hours frozen and then defrosted once it was finally located and brought inside by someone who was able to drive it up our long driveway, which is with the delivery driver should have done if he or she was doing their job properly

Product had a strong chemical odor

I usually order the same supplies directly from Honeywell for a few years now. I installed in two air purifiers. Both purifiers then had a strong chemical smell
