The complete idiocy of sending the WRONG item FIVE TIMES!

I ordered a tshirt with a dachshund wearing an OKC Thunder shirt. First time it came, it was the wrong team. it was the Lakers. Customer service promptly replaced

I ordered a tshirt with a dachshund wearing an OKC Thunder shirt. First time it came, it was the wrong team. it was the Lakers. Customer service promptly replaced the item but when it came, it was the Lakers AGAIN. I have ordered, re ordered, and replaced FIVE times and I now have FIVE wrong shirts!! This has taken over a month to resolve and we are now only a week out from Christmas and I’m sure a reorder will result in yet another wrong item. I have been assured time and time again that someone will speak to the supervisor and ensure the correct item is sent as a replacement,, but after five times of being told that and getting yet another WRONG item, I am done. I guess my only option will be a refund and now I am stuck with not enough time to find a replacement gift in time for Christmas. Very frustrating. Note I know why the shirts were so expensive, they have to send at least five for every order. Anyone a lakers and dachshund fan and a size large, by chance
