Caught fire after placing belt for 2nd and 3rd time within a year.

It was necessary for me to replace the belt within 5 months of purchase. Three months later it was necessary to replace the belt. Once I replaced the belt and

It was necessary for me to replace the belt within 5 months of purchase. Three months later it was necessary to replace the belt. Once I replaced the belt and attempted to use it, immediately started smoking. I replaced the belt for the third time and when I attempted to use it, it smoked and caught fire. Based on other reviews there seems to be a flaw with where the belt attaches.
