Hoover Powerscrub Xl Dog & Cat Carpet Cleaner, Black

This is a fantastic carpet steamer, boy was I impressed by the amount of gunk that came out of several carpets. However, I have to say that assembling it is fairly easy, the plastic parts make it really really difficult to take apart and I’m always afraid I’m gonna break it when disassemble it

Had to replace an older Bissell with something ASAP. Purchased this one due to a sale price and a nice coupon code. Boy, am I glad I did. It cleans a lot better than my old machine. The biggest selling point of this one is the ease of cleaning. Not only does the front suction piece just pop off for easy rinsing, the brush has buttons for easy removal. This will make this machine last a lot longer than others because it can be cleaned with ease after every use. My only complaint s that the hand tool isn't always attached like every other machine I've owned. It attaches to the front of the machine and is only attached when you're actually going to use it.

I ordered the Hoover Powerscrub Xl Dog & Cat Carpet Cleaner and it arrived over a week after estimated delivery date. It was not shipped in anything except the product box and was extremely beat up when it finally arrived. I also noticed that the box seemed to have already opened. When I opened it, I realized that it definitely had been opened before, as the internal packaging was sparse and it was missing the cleaner handle as well as any instructions or manual. I attempted to use it anyway only to have it leak water everywhere. Upon finding the instruction manual online, it appears to be missing other parts. In sum, it appears I was sent a hastily and sloppily repackaged product.
