Gassy puppy?
He seems to like the food but he's been a lot gassier than usual since I made the switch. Maybe it's just him so I'll still give it 4 stars for the great ingredients

Awesome food, but NOT for large breed puppies
As a nutritionist I am picky about what my family eats, including the dog :) I ordered this food for my pup and when I received it the label on the back clearly
As a nutritionist I am picky about what my family eats, including the dog :) I ordered this food for my pup and when I received it the label on the back clearly states "Horizon does not recommend feeding Legacy puppy formulation to large breed puppies whose adult weight will be over 75 lbs." I didn't see this when ordering because the writing on the bag label on the Chewy website is SO tiny! I called Chewy and they refunded my money in 5 minutes and led me to another product that would work. 5 stars for great customer service! I will be getting a large breed specific food and the puppies at the local animal shelter will be getting a nice donation.

Quality food my puppy loves
I’ve been feeding this to my 10 month old Havanese for about 6 months and he loves it. It’s very high quality. It’s made in Canada where they have stricter regulations

We have a 5 month old Teddy Bear. We switched from the breeder's recommended brand to Horizon because of on-line research. Our puppy is having issues with the size of the chow. It's much larger than her former food. After one week into giving it to her, we now leave it out all day to ensure she gets enough. This is against vet recommendation to feed her in the morning, and then again at dinner. Not sure we'll stick with this brand.

I research pet food for both cats and dogs and this is a top rated product. Not only in flavor but ingredients. -Also like that it is Canadian made.

She was previously on a brand with grain while at the breeder's and had no issues with a quick switch. This is my first time using this food, and I found out about it on Dog Food Advisor.
