Lots of fun!
My boxer pup loves these balls. I know they are for horses, but I’ve had a hard time finding a ball that she can’t destroy in a matter of minutes. I’ve had all 3 sizes at different times. Definitely need to cover them so they last longer. I made the mistake of not getting a cover for one of them and it popped within days of getting it. The one thing I don’t like is the cover needs to be better made. She ends up getting the seam apart and dragging the ball around by the seam of the cover. But, at least the ball doesn’t pop.
Very well made
I originally bought this for Gouda the goat at the barn where I board my horse. She is in a small pasture with two mini horses. None of them seem to be very interested in the ball. I know it scared one of the minis when I first put it into the pasture. But it is a very durable ball and who knows? Maybe one of the horses will be interested soon.
Will not hold air
I do not recommend. This product deflated the first day with zero animal contact. We added more air thinking the material had just stretched. The second day it deflated again. This toy is nothing more than an expensive exercise ball. Do not waste your money.
Not for dogs
I have bought 2 of these balls different sizes. My English Mastiff popped them in minutes of playing with them. I even bought the ball cover. I know this is a horse toy. It’s really just an exercise ball.
Horse mens mega ball
In my opinion it was not worth the money. One horse was afraid of it and the other three ignored it. When we tried to play with it with them, they all took off running.
Got this for a 1 year old heeler. He loves chasing it! If your dog is a chewer I would not recommend this ball. Mine doesn't chew and it's perfect for him.
Didn't last for even 2 minutes
I have searched high and low for a ball for my German Shephard to be able to play with. It was recommended that I purchase a horse ball because supposedly they are too big and strong for a horse to destroy so they should work. Yeah NO. So my dog still has no ball to play with and probably never will.
Mega Ball Horse Toy
My Rocky Mountain horse simply loves this ball! Plays with it like a circus horse. Unfortunately, he tends to pop them after a few days even with cover on them.
Toughest ball out there
I actually purchased this ball for my 16 yr old autistic son. He loves to bounce on exercise balls. The ones you buy at the big box stores, or Amazon, usually last a month, or less. The last ball I bought from Chewy lasted 4 months, and I think that's because it's in a room with many windows that are not coated to shield from UV. We added a cover this time, and while the fit is somewhat 'generous', I'm hoping it will extend the life of the ball.
Khoas (1 year old Bloodhound)
This is one of the best dalls we bought our dog. The only thing is that when he plays with it his goal is to pull the white plug out. If we could keep him from getting that it would be great. He will play for hours.
