Too big and heavy

It's a great size for my two grown cats, and I appreciate that the handle is tall enough that my very tall spouse can push it without his feet hitting the wheels. I picked this one because being able to use the carrier for transporting my cats in the car, and then simply set them into the stroller frame and take a walk appealed to me. However, the carrier is very heavy, and there is no shoulder strap. The handle for carrying it is at an awkward angle that makes it hard to lean it against my hip to help with the carrying. It's not adjustable or comfortable at all, so it's hard to even get it from the house to the car, and then to bring it inside anywhere else I go with them. And then, when you put it on the stroller frame, you have to line up the pegs on the carrier and the stroller on opposite sides just right to lock it in, which is hard to do because of both the weight, and the angle and size of the pegs. The stroller frame is good overall, but it doesn't do stairs of downhill very well because of the small front wheels, so even keeping the carrier attached to the frame made it hard to get out the door because I have steps. I have a gravel driveway, too, and the wheels got stuck in the gravel pretty badly. Also, to close the carrier is a very long, curved zipper, which is hard to operate when you have two curious cats who think they want to explore. It would make more sense for the top of the carrier to have a firmer, more hinged top that clips at the top than for that long zipper that tends to get caught because it's too soft. It seems durable and sturdy, so it did well for walks in the park, but it's too large, heavy, and unwieldy for taking it about town, or even in and out of the house in my case.

We love this stroller! It was easy to assemble, is lightweight, and our senior Pekingese loves it. He can only walk for 10 minutes due to his arthritis, and now he can go on a lengthy walk with us. It’s sturdy, accommodates his length, and the safety straps allow him to move around without possibly jumping/falling out. It was worth the cost!

I have had the pet rover prime for about 6 months now. I have had multiple issues with the parts on the unit breaking. 3 seperate parts total now. I reached to to get warranty support and they are unable to find my name in their system since this was purchased from a local box store. Becuase of this they refuse to cover my issues even though I am the original and only owner of the unit. Ive gone back and forth multiple times and sent multiple pics. Long story short these units are make very cheaply, they are aware hense they make it impossible to use the limetime limited warranty. My unit is only 6 months old and they could care less to help. But other brands and not HPZ

I love this Rolls Royce of carriages.

I love this carriage. I’m always asked who’s it is and how much does it cost. If you don’t want attention don’t buy it. It’s a work of beauty. They should have included

I love this carriage. I’m always asked who’s it is and how much does it cost. If you don’t want attention don’t buy it. It’s a work of beauty. They should have included the back bag to put in all your necessities Please give the measurements including the huge wheel in the back because it won’t enter the regular doors in my home. They only enter the front door which is always wider. ! Thanks for the most amazing carriage. It reminds me of the pram I bought from London for my daughter. Top of the line !!!

Love It So Far

We haven't had an outing with it yet but I put my 26 lb Dachshund in it to guage her comfort with it and the fit. It seems sturdy so far and the video assembly instructions were more helpful than the paper that came with it. It does take a minute to figure out how the different features and movement works, some things required some force that made me think I might break it before it moved into place. Sibyl loves it, could tell it was for her, and was comfortable with laying down right away. I am mostly looking forward to using this for trips and vet visits so we both have an easier time with transports.

This stroller/carrier is great once you get to know how to work it. I have had mine about 2 years now. I got two cats comfortably in there. I only take 2 at a time to the vet anyways but with two it’s heavy so the stroller part is great. The quality is great but line I said it’s a big pain to use till you really get the hang of it. I have such a small trunk (convertible) and I need to remove the back wheels of the stroller to fit in the trunk. It doesn’t fold as small as I would like but the quality I would buy another. I am needing a double carrier stroller next so I can do all 4 cats if needed.

I’m so sad to admit that the bad reviews are not just angry customers: Most importantly, I paid full price and received a return. It was obvious. There are scratch marks all over the handlebars, the leather is completely warped and has finger/hand imprints all over, and the stainless steel is COVERED IN RUST. It was also partially assembled which is a giveaway. I don’t appreciate being duped and paying full price for a used product. Assembly instructions are completely lacking and don’t make sense or line up with YouTube videos. It’s extremely bulky with little space for dogs. You cannot fit (2) 10 lb dogs. You can fit (1). It’s crazily overpriced. I paid $50 for my previous stroller that was ok, but far better re: price to quality ratio. Don’t waste your time or money. I will be searching for a different stroller and may donate this used stroller that I paid nearly $300 for. I’m disappointed in Chewy and I feel completely played. I don’t have the energy to upload photos now, but if I can edit my review, I will add them later.

I purchased this stroller last year in August for my dog that was sick with cancer so that she can still enjoy family time when on walks. One year later the zipper on the front panel which we never use, is broken, it won’t stay zipped. I called to ask if there is some way we can replace maybe just the Carrier part? But no if I had called just the month before they would have replaced the whole thing too bad the zipper decided to break yesterday. I’m currently trying to stitch up the zipper so that it stays closed. Wish me luck!
