Poor Quality, Terrible Warranty, and Even Worse Customer Service

I purchased the HPZ Pet Rover Run Performance Jogging Sports Stroller in May 2024 and initially loved it. But within a few months the front wheel started squeaking and sticking making it harder to steer. I first contacted HPZ in November 2024 to ask for help. I was told the wheels are only covered under a 3 month warranty which is ridiculous for a product in this price range. I decided to live with the squeaky wheels for a while since it was still usable but just barely Then in June 2025 while I was out on a run the front wheel completely fell apart mid use. The back wheels were not far behind still squeaky and noisy. I finally gave in and reluctantly paid over 60 dollars to replace the wheels even though I believe this should have been covered. I placed the order on June 30. I followed up on July 7 and they told me it would ship the week of July 20. That week came and went no shipping confirmation no tracking no delivery. I followed up again on July 29 August 1 and August 5 and got no real answers and no resolution. So now I am out over 60 dollars stuck with a broken stroller and dealing with a company that will not stand behind their product does not honor basic customer service expectations and fails to deliver on what they promise I absolutely would not recommend HPZ Look elsewhere
So far I love it

I got this to take my 2 Maine coon cats for walks. Right now I have it set up in the living room while I am recovering from surgery so they can get use to it. They love jumping in and laying down in it. I have also pushed them around the house a little for now. It’s so nice and rides nice a smooth and easy handling. Doesn’t seem heavy and was easy for my husband to put together. Looking forward to getting outside and take them for walks
Came quickly and easy to put together

We've had this stroller now for four years and it's still going strong! We've done hundreds of miles with this thing, and we just love it. It comfortably fits our two dogs, and it's made well. It looks more like a children's stroller, too, so we don't get all of the attention as some of the other dog strollers do (which one of my shy does likes!). It's more expensive that the other dog strollers, sure, but we've absolutely gotten our money's worth and are thrilled. Happily recommend if you're thinking about it! (PS We don't use this as a jogger, so I don't review it in that regard).

First time buying a stroller for pet, but plenty of past experiences with stroller for non-fur-bearing children. Assembly went well (the metal is wrapped with plastic to protect the finish during transport; getting this off from underneath the riveted joints was really the only tricky part, which is inconsequential). Like that it has 2 tethers as it is big enough to comfortably carry both my Ragamuffins, and this keeps them secure. Well, they're secure just given the mesh locked down, but IF you felt comfortable with them with the mesh up (I'm not since I often use this at a jogging pace) or (like in my case) have 2 inside and want both secure while I'm transitioning one out (e.g. like at a park as I transition them to leash to let them explore picnic area more). Very sturdy. Shorter wheel base than a jogging stroller I had when my kids were little so I was a little iffy, but this has proven stable going over the sometimes dicey inconsistencies of residential sidewalks and the semi-paved trails I've been on. There also shines that it still uses pneumatic (air inflated) wheels, which help even up the bumps when you hit them. I mean, this isn't something you'd take over super rough/rocky terrain, but if you've gotten into such conditions you should have ditched a stroller and opted for a backpack anyway. Steers well and navigates around turns if you are in a more confided space environment (like walks in our small town downtown area). Storage is ample for carrying any basics you need (water bottles, food/treats for pet and you, jacket, etc), and easily accessible (yet secure) via the zippered sides. If I had one wish/comment back to HPZ design teams it's this: I REALLY wish the back side (which is fully enclosed) had a mesh screen (maybe with a roll up and pin flap) so that you and your pet could see each other while you are strolling (peace of mind for us and them). Pic is from awhile ago with just our boy (only one I had handy) - they've both more than doubled in size since and easily fit with plenty of room to spare and move around.
love this stroller and brand!

So I’ve gone through 6 strollers with my puppy trying to find a good fit. PetRoverUSA has by far been the most luxurious and sturdy of all the brands I’ve tried. I purchased this particular stroller straight from their website as chewy doesn’t carry the camo print (but I did email them and strongly suggested they look into it as it’s my favorite print/color combo with the rose gold metal). We have the HPZ prime which is nice but hard to break down and we received a used stroller from chewy (however customer service has been excellent). I also bought the PetRoverUSA Titan HD but it weighs 38 pounds (since it’s for larger dogs up to 100 pounds) and was too wide/heavy for me (plus we have a medium dog so it’s not necessary). I will say if you have a large dog to look into that stroller as it was phenomenal otherwise! Now the jogger is a great alternative for me and it is easy to open and break down, I can lift it at 26 pounds (I have no muscle strength tbh). My dog loves it, I only wish the top would open up and not interfere with the bar you push the stroller with but not a huge deal. I don’t jog but plan on using this for trails and when we visit the mountains as it is basically an off roading stroller. It’s very smooth and has great storage. I could fit my 30 Oz yeti with handle in the back mesh part with no issues! I hope this helps someone but I highly recommend this brand even if this model isn’t for you!
The best buggy
Quick assembly, and extremely rugged. This is our second one.

I needed a stroller I could jog behind and possibly run someday. Carrying my Yorkie “Jax” in a front pack for long walks was causing him problems. Assembly was easy. It took watching the video to figure out how to fold the unit up. Pretty slick once you know how. The quality of construction is excellent and most of all Jax enjoys riding in it. Now Jax’s Daddy need to work up from walking to jogging. I couldn’t be happier with the product.

I upgraded to this stroller from a petgear one that my dog broke. (The petgear one ripped at the seams, snapped off the attachment, and front wheel broke within 6mo) This hpz stroller is much sturdier. It’s a little too big for my little 15lb dog (it takes up pretty much my whole trunk of a sedan), but it does feel pretty luxurious, and I hope it lasts a long time. We’ve been using it pretty consistently for a few months and haven’t had any problems. Would be great for a medium sized dog. Pros: smooth operation, good zipped storage below, sturdy and doesn’t wobble, good for all terrain, looks nice in person Cons: too big, the buckles that close the canopy aren’t very smooth/easy to operate
