Disappointed
I have another HPZ stroller that I love. The new one was a little difficult to assemble. It was the car seat part that was difficult. And I get it all put together

And I get it all put together and the car seat zippers don't work. So there's no way to keep your pet safe in it. And it doesn't fit securely in the stroller frame. Now that's it out together, how do I return it?? I'm stuck with an expensive non working product.

The quality of the product is very good.
My fur babies are enjoying their daily strolls in the neighborhood. They are safe and have plenty of room to move about in the basket.

We use this to take out two cats in walks at the same time. It is a little small if they move around but otherwise works well. We love that the carrier comes off

We love that the carrier comes off the base and that stroller rolls so smoothly compared to a junky one we used to use. It is pricey, but money well spent. We also is it for vet visits which is super handy.

I was looking for a durable and stylish stroller for taking my new puppy on walks in the city. We are waiting for her to be fully vaccinated so she can walk on a leash safely. This certainly does the job, I was impressed with the quality. The wheels are very heavy duty and roll with ease over bumps. I’m sure we will get a lot of use out of it.

I had read reviews on other strollers on chewy that they were sent used or damaged strollers so I was a little worried that would happen to me and guess what? I
I had read reviews on other strollers on chewy that they were sent used or damaged strollers so I was a little worried that would happen to me and guess what? I received a used, scraped up stroller. I contacted chewy who is usually really great with their customer service however my concern was totally disregarded that I paid almost $300 for an item and was sent a used one and although they will gladly take returns I feel like it is ridiculous I have to package this huge stroller back up in a box and drag it to fedex. I should’ve received the brand new item that I paid for in for first place. There was no acknowledgement of their error and I am not happy about that. The lack of quality control is causing extra work on my end that I didn’t need right now and we had plans to use the stroller this weekend. Very disappointed with chewy’s response and not taking responsibility for sending me and apparently other customers used products, especially expensive ones at that. If they receive returns, they should be inspected and clearly marked and sold as “refurbished” so people don’t feel ripped off when expecting a nice new stroller. About the product itself, I honestly don’t know how this would hold a 50 pound dog. I have a 4 month old cockapoo who is 10 pounds but very long and she can curl up in the basket but can’t stretch out. She is supposed to be 20 pounds full grown per her vet. I may just need to order straight from PetRoverUSA and get the larger stroller although I do like the look of this.
