Wide open straight out of the packaging!

Removed the toy from the plastic bag it shipped and found that the toy is wide open down the center. Very disappointing as these are not inexpensive toys.

While the stuffed animal was very cute, my dog loved it too much, and it was destroyed within an hour. I was hoping for better durability, but if you had a pet that like to chew on them a little bit, it would probably be fine. She certainly did love it.

Unfortunately, our dog quickly discovered a hole in one of the seams and managed to pull out some of the stuffing. However, a few quick stiches with upholstery thread (making sure to catch the green material) resulted in all play and no more stuffing.

Disappointed

I have a 95 pound 8 month old Great Pyrenees who shreds or de-stuffs almost every stuffed toy he gets. Five weeks ago he received the HuggleHound squirrel as a

I have a 95 pound 8 month old Great Pyrenees who shreds or de-stuffs almost every stuffed toy he gets. Five weeks ago he received the HuggleHound squirrel as a gift and amazingly enough it has withstood tug of war every day! I was so impressed I ordered the fox and the skunk. However, I just received the HuggleHound Skunk that was supposed to be more durable and indestructible too. Unfortunately, within the hour of receiving the skunk my 8 month old puppy ripped the head off and destuffed it. It’s a shame because it costs $21 and I was hoping was just as tough as the squirrel. Maybe if your dog is smaller and not such a chew fiend these HughleHounds will work. I still would recommend the squirrel.
