Neck opening too small
Even though the body strap is adjustable to grow with your dog the neck opening does not. My puppy grew out of the neck opening in less than a month's time.

Not satisfied
I have a Yorkie, the neck on this xs is cut to high for neck. Can’t use it.

Set wrong size?
I’m not sure if they sent the wrong size but I ordered a medium for my 27lb goldendoodle- slim figure and it looks like it fits a 15 pound dog tops.
