Can I return if it doesn’t fit

Hi - I just contacted customer service because I followed comments on another design of this same harness and bought a larger size than I normally would...it was too large :( ...Returns are possible, but exchanges are not - and if you got it at a discount, you cannot get the same discounted price if you want to purchase a different size at the same time you schedule the return.

adorable, but wish it was more adjustable

LOVE the pattern, but wish I could adjust the neck. I followed the suggestion of other reviewers to go a size up, but the neck is too large for my 15lb havanese...exchanges

LOVE the pattern, but wish I could adjust the neck. I followed the suggestion of other reviewers to go a size up, but the neck is too large for my 15lb havanese...exchanges are not allowed, so be sure to buy both sizes if it's on sale and you're unsure. I'll be finding someone who can use the ones I bought rather than going through hassle of return...bummer.
