What size is small in inches and what material is it

The Small fits neck sizes measuring 10.63 inches to 14.57 inches. The collar is 0.59 inches wide and made of tweed with a high tensile strength nylon backing.

Perfect Choice

This collar is a perfect fit for my Chihuahua both in size/weight and color. She is white and tan, so it compliments her well. It is also not bulky and/or heavy,

This collar is a perfect fit for my Chihuahua both in size/weight and color. She is white and tan, so it compliments her well. It is also not bulky and/or heavy, so it appears comfortable for her. The clasp also is very durable. I'm very impressed with this purchase.

Very secure

Great collar. Our dog was able to break the last metal clasp collar we had. This one is very secure and doesn’t come completely apart if the clasp comes open.
