Are ports Are ports bee resistant?

It is not guaranteed that the ports on these bases are bee resistant, however they have not had any serious problems with bees on these ports.

Our hummers have decided that they LOVE to visit the feeders with this port for them. They will fly right by the other brands to these. And for me, these are wasier to use. They come apart for cleaning and I seldom get food on my hands when putting the glass top and thie bottom together.

Once I discovered the secret to separating the two parts (gently squeeze on the sides of the red container while pushing up with your finger in the opening of the top; running under hot water first is helpful but not necessary) I love the product. The tight fit is actually a plus. I purchased 8 oz. feeders from Best-1 and also replacement bottoms but the hard plastic easily breaks. The Hummer's Galore is a softer plastic plus the top is all one piece so I do not expect breakage. The Best-1 bottle fits perfectly too! Overall great product.

Replacement is perfect fit

The Hummers Galore are the best hummingbird feeders hands down. The bottom feeder is all plastic so nothing to rust where birds feed from. The bottles are glass

The Hummers Galore are the best hummingbird feeders hands down. The bottom feeder is all plastic so nothing to rust where birds feed from. The bottles are glass. All is super easy to clean, brush inside bottles when washing and just pop bottoms apart and I use small brush for feeder holes on lid and wash the bottom with brush or cloth. There are two kinds of Hummer Galore bottoms, the one sold by Chewy is the original design and one I like best, so ordering a couple more replacements to have on hand.
