Instructions
- Submerge the heater in the aquarium at least up to the connection with the electrical cord. Fix the heater, using the suction cup, to the side of the aquarium position it on the bottom. You can also cover it completely with gravel, heater can be used in any orientation. After positioning the heater, plug it in remembering to keep your hands out of the aquarium. During the summer season or if the room temperature reaches or exceeds 75° unplug the heater

It is larger then thought

Not a practical heater. Can’t use.
Not usable. Very poor design. Can’t attach to side of tank and advises not to put under gravel or let it come in contact with plants, etc.
